Mockups will be sent within 48-72 hours of placing order.  Mockups can be revised 2 times and $5.00 each additional change afterwards (excluding spelling errors). The customer is responsible for proofing their designs. A Touch of Jai will not be held responsible for any misspelling/grammar issues, or any other mistakes on your design once mockup is approved.  If you design your product yourself your proof is on screen as you customize it, you will not receive an additional proof to approve after checkout.

Processing time is the time it takes to complete your order after mockup is approved. Your order can be rushed for an additional fee.

Mockups can be changed up to 2 times before final approval. Additional revisions will cost an extra $5.00 per change (excluding spelling errors). If you still are not happy, a refund will be given.

When designing your own products, you agree to use graphics that you have permission to and take full responsibility for any unauthorized usage. A Touch of Jai has the right to cancel any order we deem a validation of this agreement. Order will not be printed and a refund will be given.

Yes. However, A Touch of Jai does not duplicate another artist's work. We can achieve a look of the same concept but will put our own touch on it.

Please check tracking number and contact the carrier. If you need further assistance A Touch of Jai will do our best to help. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.  No refund will be given by A Touch of Jai for a late shipment that was caused by the shipping carrier. The only guarantee provided by A Touch of Jai is that we will ship your order out on time. We cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the shipping carriers.

White areas, streaks or creases on your garment are normal due to printing on items that are not completely flat. A Touch of Jai will be sure these do not on any faces.

"Put your TOUCH on it" items have the fastest turn around (usually in 24 hours) but can take up to 72 hours. If you need your items sooner please email us at service@atouchofjai.com or call 352-509-6555. If we are able to accommodate your order we will with an additional fee of $5.00 per item.

All picture garments are 90%-100% polyester. Our fully covered 3D shirts have a dri-fit feel and toddlers and bodysuits have a cotton feel.

Adult and Youth T-shirts run big.

Toddle 2t- 4t are true to size. Onesie 3m-24m are true to size.

NO! Being that all items are customized just for you A Touch of Jai does not offer returns or refunds. All order need approval before processing to eliminate any need for returns/refunds. Items you design yourself will show you a mock up before you complete your purchase.

Yes. However, A Touch Of Jai offers a wide range of products that we have personally tested and tried. If you bring your own item we cannot guarantee the quality of the final product, no discount will be given. A Touch of Jai is not responsible for damage to product during customizing process and like all custom items no refund will be given.

Email service@atouchofjai.com or call 352-509-6555 as soon as possible, if you need to make changes/corrections to your design or change/remove items. If the order has not been printed the changes can be made. Please keep in mind that orders you design yourself are printed within 24 hours. If you need to add to your order please use Pre-designed add on.

Discounts only apply to current order. Add ons in a different transaction/purchase will not recieve discount if that purchase does not qualify.
