Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with tracking.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS/UPS. A Touch of Jai will do our best to help resolve the issue with carrier service.

Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. If the package shows that it has been accepted by USPS/UPS, then speed of delivery is beyond our control. If a domestic parcel has not been received within 21 days of shipping, please contact us at 352-509-6555 or service@atouchofjai.com
