Refund policy

ο»ΏDue to each item being personalized A Touch of Jai onlyΒ offer refunds on orders before they are printed, during the design approval stage. If you don’t like your design and want a refund you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds will not be given onΒ orders that were predesign or uploaded.Β 

If your order has been PRINTED we do not offer refunds. (Once your design is approved, we began to print)

Refunds will not be given unless your order has not been printed.

Orders damaged or defective will be given considerable accommodations unless a full refund on your order is necessary (proof required).

Otherwise, if there is another issue with your order, we will offer an exchange, but you must contact us first. Orders damaged or defective we will consider refunding if it cannot be exchanged.
